How to Book a Group Study Room in 7 Simple Steps
① Select a Date: Choose your desired date from the calendar.
② Choose a Start Time: Click on one available time slot (it will turn orange) to set your Start Time.
③ Set Your End Time: Scroll down below the calendar to choose your End Time from the drop-down menu.
🗑️ Need to Reset? Click the Trash Can icon next to the drop-down if you want to start over.
📍 Note: You can book up to 2 hours per reservation, up to 2 weeks in advance.
④ Submit Times: Click the Submit Times button to proceed.
⑤ Review the Rules: On the next screen, review the Group Study Room rules and click Continue.
⑥ Enter a Name or Nickname & Confirm: This name will be displayed on the digital sign outside your reserved room.
⑦ Click Submit My Booking: You’ll receive a confirmation email at your TU email address.
