How to Book a Group Study Room in 7 Simple Steps

 

  1. Select a Date: 
    Choose your desired date from the calendar.

  2. Choose a Start Time: 
    Click on one available time slot (it will turn orange) to set your Start Time.

  3. Set Your End Time: 
    Scroll down below the calendar to choose your End Time from the drop-down menu. Note: You can book up to 2 hours per reservation, up to 2 weeks in advance.
    Need to Reset?: Click the Trash Can icon next to the drop-down if you want to start over.

  4. Submit Times: 
    Click the Submit Times button to proceed.

  5. Review the Rules: 
    On the next screen, review the Group Study Room rules and click Continue.

  6. Enter a Nickname & Confirm: 
    Enter a Nickname for your reservation. Note: This nickname will be displayed on the digital sign outside your reserved room during your booking.

  7. Click Submit My Booking.
    ✅ You’ll receive a confirmation email at your TU email address.
