Space Availability - Main Building

Book a Group Study Room in 7 simple steps!

 

  1. Select a Date on the calendar

  2. Click on one Box -- that will be your booking Start Time (it will turn yellow)

  3. Scroll down UNDER the booking grid to select your End Time from the dop-down.
    Bookings can be made up to two weeks in advance, and for up to 2 hours per booking.

    • If you make a mistake with your start time, and want to start over, click the small Trash Can next to the drop-down

  4. Click Submit Times

  5. On the next screen, read the rules about using our Group Study Rooms and click Continue

  6. Enter a Nickname for your booking

    • Note: The nickname you enter will be posted on the Digital Sign outside the study room you select. It will be viewable just before and during your reservation.

  7. Click Submit My Booking

    • You will receive an e-mail confirmation for the booking, which is sent to your TU e-mail address.
